MODESTE'S CLEANING & CONSTRUCTION

Michael and Ashley Modeste came over to tackle my Family Room, THE SAME DAY we initially spoke. After hours. At dinnertime. They were so incredibly accommodating. Description of my den: Clean laundry that needed to be hung or folded EVERYWHERE, because the machine had been broken, and we took it to the laundry mat to do it all. Books and photo albums on EVERY ledge or sill. Dusting that hadn't been done in months. Vacuuming that hadn't been done in weeks. I was mortified. But it was so overwhelming, I needed extra hands. They hung up or folded all of my clothes, which freed me up to put them away. (The entire household's laundry- on my own? Around 4-5 hours of folding, hanging, arranging into proper outfits, going to different bedrooms, and putting it away). They took all the dusty books, mail, all of it (a hoarders nightmare, really, this isn't my life) wiped everything down, tossed what I asked them to, and then re-organized everything for me. They vacuumed-twice-to make sure they got everything, and the room smelled phenomenal when they were done. It was legitimately, about 2 days for me, that they completed in two hours. Somewhere in another review on Yelp I read Michael doesn't do anything? That's completely untrue, at least in my case. He did much of the folding, matching socks, dusting, he was great. I can't say enough for them, really. Thank you Michael and Ashley!
